Orders and shipments

  • Do I have to register to buy my URSULITAS? No, you do not need to register to buy, but at the end of the purchasing process we will suggest you do so in order to be able to check all your orders.
  • Are there any shipping costs? Spain Peninsula and Balearic are the areas without shipping costs for orders worth more than 89 €. For all other orders of the European Union the following shipping costs apply.

  • How long my order will take? For shipments to Peninsula Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal, orders will take up to three business days. For the other countries of the European Union deliveries will be made between three days and maximum 5 days depending on the country (see table)
  • Where may I receive my order? You can receive your URSULITAS in the direction that suits you. Remember that it must be an address where there should be someone during the delivery band time for shipments to Spain and Portugal, which is from 9:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. For other countries, you can indicate your band time preference ( morning or afternoon) in remarks.
  • What happens if there is no one at the time of delivery in the shipping address? The courier will try a second delivery contacting you in advance to arrange a delivery time.

Payment Information

  • Which payment forms can I use to pay my URSULITAS? We accept the following payment forms:
  • Credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard)
  • Paypal

Exchanges and returns

  • What should I do return an item? You should write an email from our Contact form with subject "Returns" and complete all required data explaining the reason of the return. After submitting the form, we will contact you to tell you that we will collect your order. As soon as the shoes have been received back into URSULITAS and we have validated that are in perfect conditions, we will proceed to refund the purchase through the same payment system that you used.
  • What should I do to change an article? If you just want a change of size of the model you purchased, you must write an email from our Contact form with the subject "Change" and explain the details of the change to be made. Afterwards URSULITAS will contact you collect the product at the shipping address, and at the same time you will be given the shoes with the right size.
  • Which is the deadline to make a return or exchange? Handy 15 days from the date of reception of your URSULITAS.
  • Do I have to pay something for making a return or exchange? The cost of returns and changes are borne by URSULITAS within established territories with free delivery (mainland Spain, Balearic islands and Portugal) and for orders exceeding 89€. For purchases below 89€ charges of return and exchange will be borne by the User. In case of withdrawal of your purchase, the refund will be made in the same payment form used for the purchase and the customer shall bear the cost and risk of returning the products.
